Best ways I know to reduce your hunger
1) A cup of black coffee after each meal, and one before going to bed
(caffeine-free, of course). Milk or sugar in it will make me hungry. 2) Psyllium in water 3) Two cans of green or yellow beans (Total of 30 calories!) 4) I noticed that if I don't eat vegetables with my meals, I will still be hungry. So the best is to have a lot of vegetables with your meals. For instance, instead of eating chicken alone, accompany it with lots of fresh spinach. In other words, make a chicken salad. I hate vegetables alone. |

Yes we know, fiber reduces hunger. the other good one is
