Best ways I know to reduce your hunger

Default Best ways I know to reduce your hunger

1) A cup of black coffee after each meal, and one before going to bed
(caffeine-free, of course). Milk or sugar in it will make me hungry.
2) Psyllium in water
3) Two cans of green or yellow beans (Total of 30 calories!)
4) I noticed that if I don't eat vegetables with my meals, I will
still be hungry. So the best is to have a lot of vegetables with your
meals. For instance, instead of eating chicken alone, accompany it
with lots of fresh spinach. In other words, make a chicken salad. I
hate vegetables alone.

Yes we know, fiber reduces hunger. the other good one is
aerobic exercise which you need anyway for good health.

Canned veggies are icky and sometimes filled with salt. Why not eat fresh
veggies?

I'll agree with you on this, especially lunch and dinner. If I don't have
plenty of vegies with these meals, I feel cheated.
