supplements
I have been adding supplements to my diet b/c I just can't eat enough food
to get my recommended daily doses of good stuff and still stay healhty! I would not be able to move if I ate that much food! so i added the acai berry supplement. I did lots of research and settled on the ones from this site: http://www.adsjmp.com/track.asp?a=CD...=0&o=FreeTrial I've been doing good...i feel clearer, focused, energetic, and not has hungry...I am losing weight since taking them too! what supplements have you tried and what results have you seen/felt?
