Default WW at Work-Yea!

I've put myself back into meetings. I can do WW at home, but when my company
started recruting for WW @Work, it was the best combo of time and desire. I
always get lunch breaks and I desire to do it even though my time is
valuable with work, school and a family.

It was nice to begin setting those mini-goals like my leader encouraged on
Monday. Our 16 week course will take me all the way to Jan 10, 05...right
through those holidays!

I have all the tools, POINTs books, recipe guides, etc- all the things to be
successful, I just added the last necessary ingredient-WILLPOWER!!!

Years ago, the leader I had did not call it WILLpower, but WANTpower. If
you want it you will achieve it.

Excellent. I wish I had taken advantage of the WW at work years ago. For
working people with little free time outside of the office this is the best
solution for some. Go for it and good luck.
