Default It's been a while!

Hi, I'm not sure if anyone here will remember me...Ally from Colorado,
now living in the great state of South Carolina. I moved here in mid
2005 and I think that was the last time I came to alt.support.diet.

I have been catching up over the last day or so and I do "see" some
people from when I was a regular.

I still track my intake at fitday, though less religiously, and my
career makes it difficult to work out, because I do so much overtime.
However, I am still running as much as possible, I have an elliptical,
and I can swim here from April-October! I also have agood friend who
lets me use the gym at his complex when I'm not working myself to
death. :-)

I gained have gained 13 lbs from my lowest weight, but everyone says I
look thinner, so it's probably the tone/muscle. Plus I think my old
scale wasn't balanced, so it read a bit lighter than actual. I would
like to lose a bit more weight, but I'm not upset about my current
stats. Anyway, I wanted to say 'hi' and let you all know that I'm still
on track!
