Hi ShauShau, you are doing a very good job for a busy college student
especially. Try to eat a bit more for breadfast and oh my, no Coke. Your teeth will fall out. YOu never said what "lays" are. How can we advise you when we dont know what they are? Did you lose any weight? I didn't. Baked lays are, surprise, baked instead of fried. They have less fat per serving than regular lays. -- Del Cecchi "This post is my own and doesn’t necessarily represent IBM’s positions, strategies or opinions.” |

I really appreciate that. I try really hard every day, but it is a daily struggle, as I'm sure everyone here is aware of. Yes, I answered on my last post, I think it was, what baked lays are. Like the other person said, they are a brand of chips, but baked instead of fried or whatever and have fewer calories. I have lost some weight, yes. I have gone from 160 to 141 since May. I am trying to get down to 130, so I still have 10 to go. How long did you try? |
