Goal: None. Just tracking water intake.
Actual: 3, 12 oz glass @ home - 36 24 oz @ gym - 24 1 liter @ work - about 32 8 oz. @ lunch meeting - 8 2, 12 oz glass @ home - 24 2, 16 oz glass @ dinner - 32 2, 12 oz glass @ home - 24 TOTAL: 180 oz -- jmk in NC |

On of my dogs drinks water as a hobby. Seriously. She will drink an entire bowl at on time, leaving nothing for her sister. She will wash herself out, literally.
