Sorry, I haven't posted in a while. I just saw that you've posted my
stats and Aug goal on the website. Thanks!

Well, guess what, I already reached 210 lbs - yesterday can't
stop smiling, sorry.

I made a conservative estimate then because I was just getting started
on Induction, and didn't really know what to expect. And here I am
now, on my 12th day of Induction and down 5 lbs. It may not be much
compared to others who've lost larger amounts, but I have nothing
against slow and steady either .

Thanks for all the support last week guys, I was really *really* down
last weekend with a flu/body pain/daze, but I'm good now!
