I didn't have chicken in the freezer yesterday, but I'm running early
this a.m. to get some and get this going! Sounds wonderful!

I keep a bag of boneless, skinless chicken breasts on hand all the time.
Last night I made chicken tacos using the breasts cooked and shredded,
fresh diced tomatoes, mild green chiles, onion, garlic and lots of
spices.

that sounds great Audrey! I know I've been trying to shop around the
store rather than in it to get more whole, natural foods. I even have
the family eating whole wheat pasta (I try to avoid the pasta, but when
I have just a little and it's whole wheat I can avoid feeling guilty).

I'm trying to keep fruits and veggies, fish and chicken on hand.
