I do pilates everymorning and running...love pilates!!!

I did pilates a lot, in a class, but it doesn't fit in my schedule anymore.

I loved it. it made me feel strong and solid... I can't wait to do it again
!!!

I also enjoy pilates when I can fit it in. My current goal is to get more
yoga in right now as it is an excellent counterbalance to weightlifting.

Kickboxing really makes me feel strong and powerful.
