I did pilates a lot, in a class, but it doesn't fit in my schedule anymore.

I also enjoy pilates when I can fit it in. My current goal is to get more
yoga in right now as it is an excellent counterbalance to weightlifting. Kickboxing really makes me feel strong and powerful. -- the volleyballchick "Willow Herself" wrote in message . com...
