Default POWER OF THE MIND

Hi, I am new to the group and just wanted to say that I have dieted on
and off for many years unsuccessfully. Recently I got into controlling
my mind which in turn controlled my eating habits, and this is proving
successful. I found the information I needed at
http://www.glamispointpublishing.co.uk, which by the way offer an
absolutely FREE ebook which I have downloaded and it is excellent. In
fact they sell something similar on Amazon for $20. Has anyone else
tried changing their bad eating habits, and been successful longterm?

I changed my bad eating habits without any magic mind control thingy..

Just by getting off my lazy butt and learning enjoyable new ones..

Ain't that something?

Gary,
I've been on WW for 5 months with good success, but I'm not oppossed to
hearing about what works for other people. It's a free world-does
insulting others make you feel better?
Savannah
PS to Willow Herself-you make a lot of posts-are you jogging in place
as you do this?
Just wondering.

Guess what? I post pretty frequently too and yet I find time to do pretty
intense exercise at least an hour a day if not more on some days. Your
ASSumptions about people here are just as lame as those of our regular
troll.

You might not realize that you're spamming a Weight Watchers group. While
it's a free enough world for you to speak your piece, it's against the
charter of this and most other usenet groups. Your lack of netiquette is the
least of your problems though. Take your spam somewhere else, it's not
appreciated here.
