Default WW - Slow cooker recipes

Anyone have good ones.

Wife and I are busy trying to do the gym thing so if we can prepare
something the night before and just throw it in the crockpot before work
that would be great.

Here is one I got from eDiets. So easy to make. I'm a guy who does not
cook much. Once or twice a week I want to make a meal to give my wife a
break.

Julia's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

Chicken and potatoes are treated to a hearty, soup-based gravy. Makes 5
servings.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ingredients
8 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken
breast halves
4 potatoes, cubed
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of
mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can 2% milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix

Directions
1 Put the chicken pieces and potatoes into a slow cooker. Combine the
soup, milk, cornstarch and dry soup mix and pour over the chicken and
potatoes. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low. Serve!

anything you do in the crock pot is a variation on this recipe you have
posted, I would use skim milk and fat free soup to reduce the
calories/points... also you can combine a can soda diet or regular, and same
amount of your favorite catsup to put over meat for BBQ in the cr, Lee
