I am a 55 year old male who is supposed to be taking a multivitamin with
iron daily. The catch is that I am a big wimp and cannot stand these horse
pills. Can anyone recommend a small pill or something chewable that doesn't
taste too bad?

Thanks in advance... Bob

Yes. Eat your fruit and veg, plus legumes, plus low-fat
meat, plus whole grains. Some supplements don't work as
well as getting nutrients from food: examples are
anti-oxidants and fiber. Who put you on this pill?

What brand? I sometimes have a problem swallowing pills and this might be
a good one for me, too.

Most chewable multivitamins are designed for kids, so the potency is
usually rather low for an adult. However, there are a couple of
chewable multivitamins designed for adults:

Country Life: Adult Chewable Multi.
Labrada: Kwik Vites is a peach flavored liquid.

Perhaps the best option is All One powdered multivitamins. They have a
number of formulations for adults. You can find all this stuff on our
Multivitamin Comparison page:
