Food & Exercise -- 12/13/2003 (yesterday)
Food:
8:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 10:30 (home): 12 mini carrots 12:30 (home): 170g turkey meatloaf w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 2:45 (home): apple 7:00 -- 11:00 (Christmas party): 2 links chicken sausage; 1 oz. brie; 2 crackers; 1 oz. mixed nuts; a couple of shrimp; 1.5 oz. roast beef; 1 piece of whole grain bread w/ butter; 1 venison meatball; various veggies; chocolate cake; a couple of bite-sized desserts (mini cream puff, petit four); 12 oz. wine {This was a pot-luck party for my wine group. I brought the chicken sausage w/ fancy mustards. One of our members used to be a professional pasty chef and she brought amazing desserts -- of which I ate too much :-) .) Totals: 2085 calories (257 from wine), 86g ft (37%), 158g carbs (30%), 128g protein (25%) -- not the ideal ratios! Averages for the week: 1624 calories, 28% fat, 38% carbs, 30% protein Exercise: Just some housework. Chris 262/172/??? |
