It made me realize that all the eating habits I have been
changing since starting to eat LC are paying off. I can enjoy myself
and know that I am making wise decisions automatically (I never had
to stop and question what I wanted to eat) and won't have to worry
that I will gain a lot of weight when on vacation or away from home
for any reason. Glad to be back - but I had a blast. Our group that
went is already talking about planning a second cruise next year.

That's great Diane, really. I know for myself that I'm not there yet.
There was 2 weeks in the summer where I could not log, weigh and keep track
of my foods and calories, and I realized that eyeballing the food is the key
to my destruction. I still have to be very diligent to constantly lose.

I've been meaning to do this for a while (mainly for my
rosacea), but most of the recipes I've found involve apple
juice. Does anyone know of a recipe that contains lower carb
ingredients? Thanks.

Your either a troll or a pretty easy mark. Which ever is the
case, it don't work.

Valerie Saxion ND (http://www.silvercreeklabs.com) says that a
coffee enema is good for cleansing the liver. She says that
the coffee is absorbed by
the colon and goes to the liver through the portal vein and
stimulates the liver to release bile. She says to use extra
strong coffee (after it has cooled down)
undiluted.

Does this require a suppository and enema bag too?
