Yeah, that's very true...HIIT everyday would be bad for a body....mix it in
with some normal cardio or flat-pace moderate-to-low intensity riding.

Why so? Would lifting everyday be bad as well?

Lifting, not necessarily so. But HIIT is usually a hard-driving cardio
event that would tend to wear one down if done everyday. The intensity in
lifting could be anywhere from near nothing to a lot, done in a full-body or
in a split routine. Lifting could be done everyday, but if you do HIIT
right, doing it everyday ain't gonna work, moreso if you're LCing. Finally,
how your do your HIIT will play in a well. HIIT can lead to some serious
impact issues.

At fifteen minutes worth? That's around the number for a well conditioned
athlete.

The intensity in
lifting could be anywhere from near nothing to a lot, done in a full-body or

Take a longshoreman or any manual laborer who works 4-6 hour shifts
everyday. See it all the time. Heavy lifting done on a (near) daily
continuum.

but if you do HIIT
right, doing it everyday ain't gonna work, moreso if you're LCing.

LC may be an issue but I know of quite a few athletes that HIIT daily and
much more than 15 minutes. I'm one of them.

Or no impact issues (bike). HIIT is highly independent to the individual,
his/her skill sets and loads of other parameters but the human body has
shown the capability to accept HIIT, without detriment or injury, in many,
many cases.
