Default I'm achieving all the wrong goals.

Hi,

I'm about 140 pounds overweight.

Every time I try to exercise, I injure myself.
The weight's that I exerise with make my arms hurt
and the muscles swollen. My
hamstring get sore when I go for
walks and now my back muscles
are blowing out. I tell ya, being a fattie
is geriatric. It also makes you a bad speller.

Today I broke my third toilet seat and all the
money I saved for my root-canal was spent on
drive-thru restaurants. Most of my clothes have
food stains on them and I have no love life.

I'm beginning to think that the best way to
exercise would be by swimming laps at the local
pool. I don't mind showing up in a swimsuit
since there are others like me who also
use the pool.

Have the tooth pulled and get some Oxy-Clean for those stains, then get
started with whatever diet you choose. Maybe you should lose a little
weight before doing some types of excercises, but swimming laps is great
with less chance of injury. Get going, You'll feel better in no time.
Good luck.

What you do is right click on his message and then click on "properties."
Then click on "details" and it will show you the computer I.P. address that
sent the message. In this case, it was 207.175.48.15 Then go he
http://www.samspade.org/t and plug in the set of numbers where it says
"address diggers."

Yours, for example is munged because it's an AOL address. His was from a
public library!

Does that mean you can't track me???? Woohooooo!

Actually, I can't seem to get your trick to work, maybe it's my system and/or
that I'm on AOL. .... Or maybe I just ain't smart enought to pass what I call
an adult IQ test.

No, it means that AOL is very serious about spam and people misbehaving and
they will investigate if someone complains about your posts. The public
library doesn't do that.

Hi Pat,

I couldn't get it to work, either, using my own message. I'm not even sure
I used the right data for the I.P. address (I used the numbers that appear
after Newsreader: MS Express. Is that correct?) I am on cable and was told
that my I.P. address is not static (that is, it changes). I also use a
router that functions as a firewall. Are either of these items the
explanation?

I know we are now OT from low-carb, but this is interesting.

Thanks,
MaryL
