Today

Today, I thought about eating a bowl of pasta with lots of red sauce.

Today, I thought about eating my double double from In and Out Burger with
the bun and with fries.

Today, I thought about eating some Baskin Robbins Dark chocolate fudge ice
cream.

Today, I took my beautiful, blue-eyed, blonde haired, 8 year-old autistic
baby to live somewhere else, because it will be best for all of us.

Today, was a very painful day.

Wow - sounds awful. My sympathies. Remember that getting healthy is also in
the best interests of all.

It's a blessing to be able to express oneself here and to experience the
feelings we must in an effort to avoid stuffing inordinate amounts of food
into our bodies, and although the pain continues;

How strong you are! How loving you are! You only thought about
eating those things, yet you loved yourself enough to work through it.
You were brave enough to post your desires in the midst of a painful
time. You were entirely unselfish and loving enough to relocate for
the sake of your precious child. I'd say you took an awful situation
and made all the right choices. Take joy in the accomplishments of
