I've only been doing WW for a few days, but I'm finding the flex system
so incredibly easy and wonderful. The fact I can eat anything I want
makes it easy and interesting. Last night I had a small boneless,
skinless chicken half-breast, a baked medium yukon gold potato and some
steamed zucchini with seasonings and I was stuffed. For lunch today I
enjoyed my salad with full-fat salad dressing (one tablespoon) and a
small frozen burrito. I love it! My lunch was 8 points and I was able
to have fat in my food. All the other programs I've been on seemed to
frown on fat. I like that this program allows fat so that you feel
satisfied. I'm beginning to see already that it's all about portion
control and balance.

Can't wait for my weigh-in next tuesday!

No question,...the choice of plan is not important...Whatever works for you
is best...Portion control is what I finally have learned...If you can learn
to live with what I know now are normal portions it's pretty much a done
deal...At least until the next meal :-}...GG

way to go Laura!!!!!!!!! I think Flex is great!.........

Portion control was my biggest hurdle, but I can honestly tell you that
within a short period of time, you'll be asking yourself how the heck you
used to eat so much in the past!!!!

say it)
