I feel hideously ugly, freakish, and dangerously obese now.

Psycho pills have been patrly to blame.

How fat do you have to be to get gynecomastia or bariatric surgery ?

I wanna die like this, parents still alive, have to wait.

Out of work for over 2 years, could always join the travelling circus
freak show.

I guess there wasn't really a question there huh ? Yes, the surgery.

Seems you have more to worry about than just your weight. Have you seen someone about your
obvious depression ? It's possible that if you where able to allieviate that a little bit that you would
find it easier to keep the weight off when you manage to lose it.
