Default 1 lb/week ?

Should that be doable. I won't share #'s here except to say i'd like
to lose weight at that rate.

I feel like i've been killing myself in the gym (cardio and weights)
3-4 times a week since September and not getting the results i want.

Yet, I'm eating mostly diet shakes, nutrition bars, veggies, fruits,
chicken, the odd popsicle or cookie (rare), that's about it, oh maybe
jello and pasta once a week maybe (bad carbs).

Anyone ? Need to hit the gym every day ? 4-6 hours day past
exhaustion ? Counterproductive ?
