Default NSV and Lost Almost All of that Holiday Weight

Hi all,

Thought I'd give a status report since it has been awhile. The week
before Christmas I lost 2.8 pounds. The week of Christmas I gained
2.6. The week after I lost 2.2 pounds. So hopefully next week I'll
have that last .6 off and hopefully a bit more to continue on the way.

It seems hard to believe sometimes I have been on this plan for 3/4's
of a year now. I find it pretty easy most times. However I rely
heavily on Monday Nite After Weigh In Cheat Nite. I eat whatever I
want from 8:30 til I go to bed (and no I don't stay up all night!!).
Then back OP for the rest of the week. Knowing I have Monday nights
gets me through the week and cravings I might have. As for my progress
I will be very happy if by my year WW anni in April I will have hit
goal/lifetime. That is my current goal and I think I can make it as it
seems reasonable for what I have left to lose to reach goal.

I know I don't post much, but I continue to read and participate. You
all inspire me. I managed an average of exercising 2x a week for the
HHH Challenge (which was my goal), and if the last week of NYNY wasn't
Christmas week for me, I think I might have made NYNY too. Before
Christmas I was 1.6 away. Just missed it though so I can't complain.

Did have a wicked awesome NSV at Christmas though!!! Last year for
Christmas I asked for and fit into size 22 jeans. This year I asked
for and fit into Size 12 jeans! Woohoo! Gonna make a denim rag quilt
with all the jeans I can't wear anymore!!!

Hope you all have a wonderful New Year. New Year, New You!!!

Congrats on those loses and the size 12 jeans.

By the way, don't call it "cheat nite" since you clearly work it into
the program - it is just a bigger points day! (G)

Again, congrats and best for the new year

You've really come a long ways. Reaching goal by your WW anniversary
seems completely possible. If I were a gambling sort, I'd put money on
it! I love those smaller size NSVs, especially when you can compare it
with where you were a year ago. Really brings the whole adventure into
a new perspective. Congratulations!
