Humor-OT Not for Chris
Ignoramus
I am actually an American from N.Y. that should explain things. Canadians currently have no sense of humor either. The hockey strike, the cold snap, everything but a shortage of back bacon has rendered us stone faced up here. Dieting and humor are relevant. A sense of humor can help. Turning it on yourself may cover a feeling of inadaquacy, turning it on others, inresolved ange or just innate stand up talent. And yes on the culture thing. My Usenet soap group loves humor even the snarkiest variety. It is not always welcome on health and wellness support groups. More laughter might be part of the cure. Thanks to diet, laughing and keeping up despite my age, I have many interests adaquate friends and am even dating suddenly. I hope I'm cracking jokes until I'm carried out in a box and I am glad it won't be a piano case. Just for you, I'll abstain from this unwelcome humor and only post diet and exercise journals for a week or until I knock off those pounds that sprung from hibernating through the sub zero days in front of the computer. -- Diva ***** "Fang Shoe" is the art of putting your foot in your mouth. |
