Hey, I'm on the site, LOL! Now I HAVE to put up my before and after pics, LOL!
Although the wooshie fairy seems to be taking a little vacation at my house.
She took away two more pounds, and I hit 183 this morning! (actually, 182.8,
but I consider that 183, LOL!) 3lbs to goal for the month! I wanted to be in
the 70s, even 179 by the time I go back home on 8/4. They haven't seen me in a
year, I'm going to surprise some people!

75lbs down. I sure would like to be 50 lbs lighter. Heck, I'd even take
