And if you can't get tonsillitis, just stab yourself in the throat.
-- You take stupid to a new level. -- MFW "Ignoramus10474" wrote in message ... What a great way to lose weight. I have tonsillitis (quinsy) right now and swallowing is very painful. Food does not interest me in the least and in the last 2 days, and also today, I have no interest in eating so far. Ate maybe 1/4 of my normal food quantity. -- 223/172.6/180 |

The tonsillitis diet
I'm sorry to hear this! I hope it gets better soon. In my age group
pretty much everyone had their tonsils removed as a child -- it was the common response if you had got tonillitis more than once or twice -- so it's unusual for me to hear of this in adults. Chris |

Thanks. I think that they no longer did that in my age group, either, or perhaps my parents decided that mine should not be removed. I recall reading about tonsil removal in books. I wonder just what purpose do they serve, maybe I will read up a little on it. -- 223/172.4/180 How are you doing? My husband had his tonsillis removed a couple years ago when he was 36. Best thing he ever did, once he was recovered. He was getting tonsillitis 4 times a year. Hope you get better soon and don't get it again. |
