Update on Maintenance
WTG Michelle. Looks as if you have maintenance under control.
Beverly "Michelle Guy" wrote in message news Well I have finished my 4th week in maintenance, and I am down another 200g ( 0.5lbs) I don't get it. I have upped the eating to find out a level of eating for maintaining, this is now my longest run of losses in the last year, most I had 2 to 3 weeks of losses then a gain, but now it is a 5 week stretch of losses ( 1.6kg, 0.4kg, 0.1kg and now 0,2kg) I am certainly building on my clothing margin. In total I have lost 14kg (30lbs) over a 15 month period, I am pleased because I feel like I have developed a WOL, now to try maintain. Thanks to everyone here for the great support over the time, You have taught me alot. Michelle : Ozzie in Switzerland 69.8/59.5/61kg(May03-April 04) |
