Default Half way to my ultimate goal...well another half pound anyway...

Hello all,

Well I've somehow made it through the holidays losing weight. As you may
know I started about 4 months ago at 300 and today after my workout I
weighed in at 238. I realize that it may be some water weight, but I feel
comfortable saying I'm 238...lol

Anyways I'm basically halfway to my ultimate goal of 175. I'm telling
everyone in my family if I make 200 I'll be happy, but I really would like
to make 175. I haven't been that weight since either Jr. High or High
School and I really would like to get down to it before my 40th birthday at
the end of June. Of course I don't want to weigh 175 if I feel sickly, but
according to my doctor I'd be on the high end of the scale for my age and
height.

I hope everyone is losing or maintaining as you want.

Congratulations Paul, you are doing SO well. You won't really know
how you feel at your goal until you get closer, and you may well
decide to revise it. What a great 40th birthday you're going to
have
