Default REQ: Recipe for (1) low carb teriyaki sauce and (2) low carb orange marmalade

Please.

I'd also like one for low carb orange marmalade. I've bought it in
the stores (Smuckers), but the price is out of sight!

Carb Options has a Teriyaki sauce out w/ Lawrys now. It's pretty damn good, no
sugar and splenda as the last ingredient. I've been enjoying it on my
hamburgers. Yum. I have to say that the frankenfood (pasta, cereal, bake mixes,
chips, etc) doesn't interest me much, but I'm glad that there are low-carb
condiments available now, and use them regularly.

I have a recipe for low-carb teriyaki marinade. Actually it's Dana
Carpender's recipe (of Hold the Toast fame).
I usually add the ingredients without measuring, so you may want to adjust
these a bit to your taste

-Equal parts soy sauce and cooking sherry (or red wine)
-1 tsp ground ginger (or adjust for fresh ginger if you prefer)
-1 tsp garlic powder
-Splenda to taste

Mix together and soak your meat in it. Apparently if you boil it, you can
use it as a sauce, but I've never tried this.
HTH!
