Food & Exercise -- 5/8/2007
Pretty average Tuesday -- morning run, couple of errands, work at
conservancy, visit to winery, then home. Food: * 7:00 (home): instant oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed * 10:30 (home): 3 slices f/f cheese * 12:30 (conservancy, brought with me): large salad w/ greens, a bunch of veggies, 3 oz. packet of salmon, & f/f poppyseed dressing * 4:30 (winery): 2 glasses wine; 4 or 5 whole grain crackers w/ smoked salmon mousse * 7:00 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup Exercise: * 9:00: 3 mile run Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
