Default Phentermine and weight loss

Greetings,
I am not looking for an addiction with Phentermine but a way to utilize it
to get to where I was 3 years ago when I quit smoking and I was at 195
pounds. I blew up to 314 pounds (quitting smoking was easier than losing
weight). Also lost a lot of will power along the way. Does anyone have any
success stories with this route?
Thanks
J-P

Forget it. The same problems you're having now, you'll have
all over again if and when you go off it. Start exercising.

About your smoking comments...
Don't blame it on the quitting smoking..

I know that somewhere I am sure there are studies that show you gain a
ton of weight during quitting smoking and such, and I am also sure that
it's the standard that most folks do gain when they quit smoking. But I
know from experience that it doesn't *always* happen. I have lost 10lbs
since I quit 2 months ago.
Now with that said.. since you've already gained the weight - best
advice to you is to move more than you consume, constantly ask yourself
if you are REALLY hungry? Or just head hungry and eating for recreation.
Example.. Today I went to a Chinese buffet with a friend for lunch. In
the past I have been one of those people that make 2 even 3 trips back.
Today I had one smallish plate of most everything I wanted to taste/eat
and a large glass of water, refilled 2x. I ate slow because I knew my
lunch date would be needing more time. I mentally asked myself several
times "Suz, are you REALLY still hungry?" and I answered back honestly
"No" so I stopped eating. That meal at 11:30 lasted me til 7pm this
evening.

As for your Phentermine interest, I don't advocate any type of
assistance other than getting off your duff, moving more, eating less
and giving a conscious effort to formulating a healthy lifestyle. Kudos'
on the quitting smoking btw.
