Tips for the Active Dieter
Hi--
Long time no post. I'm doing WW along with having joined a swim team to shed some pounds; however, I find that while the exercise has really helped with other things (overall activity level, stamina, muscle, etc.), I have not actually lost pounds while doing this. I also find that I'm STARVING throughout the day. Did anyone else go through this phase? How long did it last for you? |
