anyone know the average # of grams of carbs and fiber per cup of a light
microwave popcorn? i've tried googling and can't come up with much..and the
lables on the popcorn boxes are in percentages which isn't very helpful.

It may just show the percentages, but I believe those percentages reflecting
a per-serving basis. So with a bit of math..........
