That's a good question. This is another example of really funky labeling,
IMO. There are 4g of soluble fiber, which is supposed to have calories, but
not 4 kcals per gram, like a regular carb.

Also, since this product claims there are 4 g of total carbs and 4 g of
fiber carbs (indented), the net carbs should be zero (so the answer would be
yes). But if your body can absorb 4 calories from this product, then there
must be some net energy value to a single serving. But if there are zero net
carbs, then how can there be energy value? So, the total carbs must be
counting the soluble fiber and not the dietary fiber, which is really
confusing.

A label that counts calories that have no meaning in the body is a useless
label. IMO.

It's likely that sorbitol and cornstarch have calories.
