Jorge Cruise Rip-off!
I just signed up at jorgecruise.com and was immediately disappointed by
the crazy excercise that was suggested that I do. I'm pushing 50, 100 pounds overweight and get little to no excercise. I input this information into the form when signing up. The first excercise I was instructed to do was to put my feet on a chair and get my back perpendicular to the floor and do push ups. I started to try it and found that it was just plain dangerous for someone of my age, weight and physical fitness level. I thought that this membership was supposed to tailor the diet and activity to you, but I was wrong. I cancelled my membership but of course they kept the "early termination fee" so now I just feel totally ripped-off. |

For a good series of push-up progressions see: http://www.stumptuous.com/pushup.html The remainder of the site is also quite useful: www.stumptuous.com/weights.html |

You couldn't do it yet so you quit? Do you want to change? If you want to change you're going to have to change. I suggest Jorge Cruz to the most pitifully beginning people. Body weight exercises using the muscles God gave you is the simplest way to begin. No, I take that back. Whining and quitting is the simplest way to begin. Way to go. Dally 244/164/155 Wow, I almost forgot how many trolling nutjobs are out on the net until I read this. -- Sent via Health Newsgroups http://www.healthnewsgroups.com |

Take a look at the website suggested by Matthew as it's a great place to get beginner routines. Beverly |

That is exactly what I've been looking for, thanks! -- Sent via Health Newsgroups http://www.healthnewsgroups.com |
