I like ricotta cheese mixed with whatever I've got around and a little
splenda. It's fast and yummy.

I've had ricotta and cocoa when I wanted something chocolatey, and last
night I had ricotta with a teaspoon of sf jelly. It's very filling for just
a small amount. Cottage cheese with spenda and some sliced strawberries
makes a good quick breakfast...for me, I consider it a dessert.
