Thanksgiving diet
Ok, here's my plan. On the Wednesday before thanksgiving, I'll go to bed early
Thursday morning 2am, then Friday 6am, Saturday 10am, Sunday 2pm, Monday 6pm, and be back to my regular 10pm bedtime on Tuesday. If all goes well, I'll miss an entire day of meals, or about 2,500 calories. |

2500 calories IS a lot ... almost a pound. I do this most weekends to do a
little quick-fix of my poor weekday meals. |
