Okay, I'm taking all of your advice, sucking it up, and going for a walk,
started yesterday, and am getting ready to lace up again. Not sure when I'm
going to fit weights in yet, but walking is something that I can easily fit
in to my schedule.

Also starting to write down everything that goes into my mouth. Wow!!!!
don't know if I like the numbers I'm seeing, and it's only 1:30 in the
afternoon. Anyone have any suggestions for breakfast type stuff that isn't
astronomically high in carbs that's quick and easy?

boiled egg and precooked sausage patties that microwave in 50 seconds,
add slice of cheese.

I like oatmeal or Go Lean cereal with nonfat milk. I also love this Greek
yogurt called Total; it's lowfat and really tasty. I get it plain and
drizzle it with honey. Yumm....

Default Breakfast was changing slowly

This morning I had a tuna melt for breakfast.

2 small pieces of wholemeal bread
2oz tuna in brine, drained
1/2oz cheese, grated

Toasted under the grill (broiler).

It tasted amazing (I think that may have been the cheese - haven't had any for
a few weeks!) and kept me from being hungry until I got home from Court at
2.30.

Regards
