one thing I say to myself is that I "take off" weight, and I "put it on" it
is too easy to find something I lose and I want it to be intentional not
accidental, Lee, cute post

Ralph, when I read this subject I had to read it over and over. I am so
burned out from my classes that I cannot recognize sarcasm Thanks for the
laugh

Well you know what they say - sh*t happens. The key is getting back on
track ASAP. I went through the bored thing a while back and it wasn't
pretty. I set myself back probably a month or more in the process. Oh
well, I'll live and so will you.

It is hard to get back on track but you can if you want the weight loss
badly enough.

True. I've been back on track with a vengeance lately. I'm certainly not
complaining. My deviations off track have become much fewer and farther
between lately.
