a Plateau question.......
Eat low fat and low calorie for a week and then switch back to low carb.
-- JC Lyle's New Ultimate Diet "1. eat less you fat **** 2. exercise more you fat ****" "Snick" wrote in message ... I am sure this question has been posted hundreds of times but I have not been in the LC Newsgroup for a few months: I have lost 25 lbs. in 3 mos which is 10% of my pre-diet weight and I have plateau'd now. I haven't dropped a single pound in almost 3 weeks. I am sticking to the plan rather faithfully with my carb count at between 20 and 30 grams a day, which is the rate that allows me to normally drop 1 1/2 to 3 lbs a week. What do I need to do to get off this plateau? Or will my body eventually shake it off on its own? HELP! I'm getting discouraged! |
