Hey all!
I am falling a bit behind it appears! Week 3 of HHH-1 times Week 4 of HHH-2 times My start weight for the NYNY was 187 My goal weight is 180 Last weeks weigh in was 184.5 I weigh in on Thursdays so I will update again then!
