Hi All! I don't post as much as I did...but want you all to know I
read and get inspiration from you all. Knowing you're here anytime I
need you helps me! Plus those challenges motivate me!

Been awhile since I posted. I have been doing well. Signed up for the
HHH Exercise challenge. I made it my goal to exercise at least twice a
week. And glad to say for the first 4 weeks I have. Without the
challenge I can guarantee you I wouldn't have done it!

Joined the NYNY Weight Loss Challenge. I set a conservative loss of 13
pounds by the new year. A pound a week. As I am in my last 20 or so
pounds until goal I know these will be the toughest twenty. Having the
challenege to report to keeps me motivated and focused!

As for weight loss I am doing well. I have lost 56 pounds total since
April. I LOVE this new WOL and I particularly like the Flex Points
program. My husband adopted it mostly and is doing well himself. So
all in all I am happy and healthier!

Thank you all for being here and I wish you continued success!

Hi Melissa,

Flex points has been just what I've needed to get my loss going again. I
had really stalled in spite of being always on point. Turns out I haven't
been eating ENOUGH!! Once I started using my activity points (all of them)
instead of banking them, I really noticed a big change.

I've been wonderwing where you were!

Great job on the exercise.

Hope that last 20 lbs goes quickly for you and you reach your NYNY goal by
the new year. I've set mine at a 14 lbs, so hoping I can reach my goal.

You are doing great Melissa. 56 lbs since April is a wonderful
accomplishment. At this rate you should be able to do those 13 lbs by
January!

Thank you all for being here and I wish you continued success!

Great NSV!! I just took my rings in to be re-sized, they have to go down
3/4 of a size. Can't wait to get them back. It feels really weird not
having them on.
