HHH & NYNY form submission
For HHH & NYNY Participants,
There's a tiny little bug in the form submission that you won't even notice when submitting the form but does affect the information sent - I've had a few submissions with data but no name. I'm trying to figure out how to make the name field required so that the form can't be submitted without it, but so far no luck.
