Wow Lee, those are some outstanding stats you have! I know how incredibly hard it
is to finally break down and say those numbers out loud, even more so in a public
forum. Do you feel better now that you have? There is nothing to be embarrassed
or shy about, and I have a feeling that with the progress you have shown you are
definitely going to be an inspiration to many others. Congrats on your remarkable
success!!!

Oh, well done Lee!! I know how hard that was, and I'm proud of you that you
did it. And those stats are nothing to be ashamed of!

I think I feel better, but it really is more of a point of being
accountable, I want to make sure that if I lose this weight, I can keep it
off, and I figure if other people know how heavy I was they will also know
if I gain it all back, so if they know then that is incentive to NOT gain
and have people talking, does that make any sense... Lee

I am very pleased with my progress, since I started on Sept. 18, 03 it has
been overall pretty steady and not too fast. I think this has helped as I
have been able to make changes slowly, continue to enjoy food and get
healthier, can't ask for much more than that, Lee

If I can help at all it was worth posting it. When I started reading here I
was not convinced I could do it. Elaine K, Joyce, and LA were great sources
of comfort and inspiration, if I can help one person feel better I am happy,
