Default need points help (plus mini NSV)

We went to Applebee's tonight for dinner. Their new specials are 7oz steaks
plus shrimp (5 medium) done in various ways. On the side was Mashed potatoes
(1cup), steamed veggies (no butter) and garlic toast (should have skipped
this).

I had the Teriyaki steak and the Coconut Shrimp (nice combination). I asked
for a To-go container before I started eating (good girl) and set aside half
of my meal home for lunch tomorrow. Hence, my mini NSV.

I'm guessing 13 total points:
4 points for the 3.5oz of steak (lean),
2 points for the 1/2c mashed potatoes,
4 points for the garlic toast,
3 points for 3 shrimp

For dessert I had decaf coffee (can you believe that?) but had a skinny cow
at home after we had done some shopping. I was comfortable with the amount
of food I had for dinner and did not need any dessert while we were there.
My friend had her usual high-calorie goo so I had the coffee to keep me from
going nuts. g

Does this look right? The ones that I am not really sure of are the shrimp
and the garlic toast and I can't seem to find them in any of my sources.

mashed potatoes are two points from Ryan's, sour dough toast is 3 from Bob
Evan's, and the shrimp are next to nothing themselves but you need to figure
what was on them, steak is probably 3 or four

I think this whole meal out is one big honking NSV, Like this...
1 you got two meals for the price of one
2 you didn't let your friend's choices be an excuse or intimidate you
3 you are making choices that are right for you
4 you are coming up with a reasonable estimate of the points
5 you had a nice time and didn't let food mess up your day
6 you got a dessert at home, that was appropriate for the way you choose to
eat, This is a bunch of NSV power for one meal, Lee
