Default Water Challenge

Yes, I need to do this too! -- my daily goal is three liters, which I haven't been
hitting lately.

I have never done a 'challenge' here before. Most of the time it's because
it's requires weighing and I won't weigh myself until the end of August.
Anyway .. I'm wondering if anyone is interested in doing a water challenge. I
REALLY need to drink more water. Today I have had 1 8 oz glass Yesterday,
no water at all.
Is there any interest?
THanks

I find that I feel much better when I drink more
water--less sluggish in *all* ways. And I get extra
exercise from jumping up and running to the potty.

I'm in as well (am I late?) because I have noticed I am taking in less
than I was when I was really focused on my WOE.

I suspect you're mistaking quarts for gallons, or else you spend the
whole day in the bathroom.

What else are you drinking? Water is non-caloric, so good advice for
dieting, and some people mistake thirst for hunger. Staying properly
hydrated is a good thing.

But there's nothing magical about drinking plain water. There is no
"pure water" valve out the side of your stomach. Once you swallow
it, it's mixed with digestive juices and anything else you ate,
and extracted out about last in the digestive process. The claim
that plain water is better because it "doesn't have to be processed"
is utter nonsense.
