Default Pedometer Challenge: Day 3 (Wednesday)

Great job! Did 7.5 miles on the bike, a shorter ride but higher intensity (for me
that means 10.4 mph as opposed to 9.5 the previous day).

Default Pedometer Challenge: Day 3 (Wednesday)

Goal: 10,000 + planned workout
Actual: 9,036 + upper body weights

skipped my lunchtime walk and also worked at my desk the whole time I was at
work (putting out a fire).

I ended up having almost an hour to kill between working out and my knitting
workshop last night so I grabbed my cd player and walked all around town
yesterday and through some neighborhoods I'd never been to near the library.

If it weren't for the challenge, I might have gone to the coffee place for
some tea and read the paper during that hour. Thanks!

Those are the kinds of rides I specialize in Mary (shorter distance, high
intensity)!

I'm jealous :-). I'm missing my lunchtime walks, as I've been cooped
up all week in an audit, with working lunches, plus a long commute
each way. If I were to try to get in 10,000 steps today, I'd be out
walking right now at 11:00 p.m.! (I did go to the gym and do my
regular workout, though -- just a bit later than usual.)

I made 5,000 steps on Wednesday, INCLUDING my workout.

I'm stunned by how sedentary I am.
