Food & Exercise -- 7/31/2004 (yesterday)
Food:
9:45 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 12:00 (home): 1 oz. cashew nuts 3:00 (out shopping): energy bar 7:00 (Ruth's Chris steakhouse w/ friends): 1/2 dinner roll w/ butter; 1/2 cup chopped salad (from DH's order); 1 small lobster tail w/ drawn butter; 4 oz. steak (about half what I was served -- gave DH some and brought the rest home); 3/4 serving of cheesecake; 12 oz. wine Totals: 1860 calories (257 from wine), 73g fat (35%), 139g carbs (30%), 102g protein (22%) Averages for the week: 1559 calories, 30% fat, 37% carbs, 28% protein {lower percentage of protein than I prefer} Exercise: None of significance -- some errand-running.
