Hi All

Don't know why and this always happens to me.... I start real well and loose
the motivation to keep track after a week.

My leader would ask what are your reasons for losing weight. If they
are general like you just want to be thinner, there is nothing specific
to carry on your motivation. If your goal is to get to 150, set up a
series of mini goals for yourself with non food related rewards. For
example, if I lose two pounds I may treat myself to a movie. Sure I
could go anyway but it is the reward for reaching the goal.

Another situation may be that you just don't want it badly enough at
this time. If you really do, then don't let anything stand in your way.
Is the next bite of food better than the way thin feels?

Are you using the best way of tracking for you? There are lots of on
line sites for tracking. You can use the WW trackers. Perhaps you need
a simple notebook and pen.

Are you doing this alone? A lot of people do better if they team up
with another person and both are trying to lose weight. You feel
guiltier if you go off plan or you want the challenge to lose more. I
hope this makes sense.

I think every single person here has had the same problem but you are
the only person who can make yourself change.

Some of us just really need to keep track otherwise we wildly underestimate
what we are eating.

Maybe the way you are keeping track is cumbersome? How do you do it?

I still find a little notebook where I write down everything the best way. I
have already filled a handful of them.

That's the same question I had. Even though I am at my computer all day, I
still find the simple notebook and pen the easiest.

I didn't like when they changed to the new version trackers the last time,
I think that was a year or two ago when they introduced the Core program.
So I had asked for a supply of the old ones before they threw them out, and
they gave me bundles of them. So I can track on the old style the way I
like, like a check register. Of course, I am an accountant, so this is more
comfortable to me.

Don't get discouraged. Just do the program and the weight will come off.

All,

Thanks you for all your support.
The way I see it, I justed haven't kicked in the complete gear to move on
foward with the fat loss. But that's in hand now. I am picking up again
and I will progress it starting today again. The beauty of it is I am going
to incorporate a 3day @week swimming session , half an hour starting Monday.

Lovely weekend and I continue to report on the progress. Once again thanks
for your support guys.
