Thanks. Being aware will definitely make a difference if I can continue to
do just that.
So far this week is going well. I'm off to the city tomorrow to take my
grandmother for an MRI appointment, so have to watch what choices I make
tomorrow. That will be the most difficult day this week I think.

take a few things in your purse, you have a young child, I KNOW you have a
mom purse, just a couple of fruits or a low point snack will give you more
control, even if you don't eat them you know they are there for back up, Lee

Good idea, except I don't have a MOM purse. My purse is large enough to
maybe hold one piece of fruit, but nothing else.

amazing, cool for you, I thought having a child required the mom purse, can
you tell I have no kids, even one fruit is better than nothing, and consider
an additional bag for the trip, I find my snack bag give me lots of personal
