I can't find my Protein Power book and I'm looking for a recipe I

8 heaping tbs of ricotta cheese 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp splenda dash of nutmeg double dash of cinnamon Mix all together and cook in butter. Is there supposed to be protein powder or some kind of mix in this recipe?

No surprisingly no protein powder needed. They are quite good and could

Is this your recipe? I wanna add it to my site for favs. It really taste like french toast. It was funny cause my roomates just ordered Pizza but were more interested in these pancakes.
