I can't find my Protein Power book and I'm looking for a recipe I
remember...a pancake recipe that used cream cheese, cottage cheese and wheat
germ. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Here is a good one.

8 heaping tbs of ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp splenda
dash of nutmeg
double dash of cinnamon

Mix all together and cook in butter. Serve with sugarfree syrup

Is there supposed to be protein powder or some kind of mix in this recipe?
It seems there should be some kind of powder in it. Just curious.

No surprisingly no protein powder needed. They are quite good and could
probably be used for a "wrap" if the spices were omitted.

All I have to say is YUMMY!
Is this your recipe? I wanna add it to my site for favs.
It really taste like french toast. It was funny cause my roomates just
ordered Pizza but were more interested in these pancakes. The aroma
was heavenly

It is similiar to this recipe minus powder and oil
