Dying for a glass of cola
Hi all, i have been reading alot of peoples dieting plans on here and
thought i would share mine. 3 Months ago my diet was really bad, I was drinking 4-8 litres of cola (full suger) every day and i weighed 19 stone (266lbs). Well my will power is usualy pretty bad but i made myself a promise that i would never again drink any fizzy drinks (like cola, fanta), eat another packet of chips or another piece of chocolate. and yey i now weigh 17.2stone (240lbs). but i really have to say i dont know how i have kept it up, i havent cheated once and i am really craving all those sugery snacks. my diet for today was 5:25am = 1 orange, 1 apple, 500ml water 8:30am = Salad sandwich (just lettuce, tomatoe, cucmber) 1litre of water 11:45am = tuna pasta (no mayo) 500ml water 2:30pm = carrot sticks 500ml water 5:00pm = jacket potatoe (with cheese, beans topping) 1 litre of water 7:00pm = health shake 500ml water i do drink alot of water, (only bad side of the water is it makes me go toilet during the night about 5 times..) In my job i walk between 14 -18miles a day with equipment on. I am planning on jogging for 30 mins in the mornings before work but before i do this i have to solve the mystery leg pain i get (which i guess is the strain of my weight walking so much, but if anyone can think of any ideas why i get the pain it would be appriciated). Jogging might be a bit much on top of all that walking. You might be beter off with something low-impact such as bicycling. But anyway, can you describe the leg pain a bit. Where does it hurt, what does it feel like, and when does it happen? Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
